Street Fighter 6 fires up with launch trailer – That’s Gaming

Capcom has already released a huge game this year with Resident Evil 4 Remake, but there is even more on the horizon for the Japanese publisher. The highly anticipated Street Fighter 6 will be released next week, and ahead of its release, Capcom has released a launch trailer to further fuel the hype surrounding the game.

Street Fighter 6 promises to be a densely packed experience in several ways. In terms of single player, it includes the World Tour, a story mode that takes players to various freely explorable semi-open world locations, where in addition to the main combat missions, you can also participate in various side activities and mini-games, while simultaneously customizing and upgrading your own character.

Meanwhile, Fighting Grounds allows players to dive into the series’ classic modes with some new twists and features, while Battle Hub, the game’s third and final pillar, allows players to interact and fight with each other in a socially rich space.

At launch, Street Fighter 6 will feature 18 characters in its lineup, including both familiar characters and newcomers to the series. After release, four more characters will be added as Year 1 DLC.

Street Fighter 6 is scheduled for June 2 on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4 and PC. A demo version of the game is also available on all platforms.
