Whether we will soon have a new main game in the RollerCoaster Tycoon-series will see (or ever see), is anyone’s guess. Fortunately, Atari keeps the series alive with regular reissues, and another such reissue is coming soon to the Nintendo Switch.
Specifically, Atari has announced that RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic is coming to the Nintendo Switch on Dec. 5. For those who don’t know: RCT Classic is a bundle that RollerCoaster Tycoon and RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 combines into one experience. Atari reveals that the port is optimized for controller control on the Switch. Check out the trailer below to see what the game looks like on this platform.
Back in 2020, Frontier Foundry released RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Complete Edition to Nintendo’s platform, so fans of RCT already have plenty to have been excited about in recent years.
RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic is currently available for PC, Mac, iOS and Android.
