Resident Evil Survival Unit Is Now Available Worldwide! – That’s Gaming

The upcoming winter edition of Heroes Dutch Comic Con promises to be a special one with the addition of the brand new platform: Heroes Gaming. Heroes Gaming is the improved and larger version of the old familiar gaming area and the meeting place for gamers, creators and fans of esports. No less than two halls will transform into a home for gamers, whether you actively participate or prefer to cheer on your favorite gamers from the audience.

The only place in the Netherlands where different forms of gaming come together under one roof; here you will find a combination of professional tournaments, casual gaming and community activities. Heroes Gaming is all about competition, experience and community. Every gamer is welcome here to enjoy themselves all day long. Visitors can watch the best esports players in action, spot their favorite gaming influencers and meet voice actors behind beloved characters from popular games such as Call of Duty and Uncharted.

Battlefield

On the Gaming Stage, players will compete in tournaments of four leading and popular titles: Counter-Strike 2, League of Legends, Rainbow Six Siege X and VALORANT. Both experienced esports players and new teams will have the chance to compete for the title. With this, Heroes Gaming wants to form a springboard for up-and-coming talent in the Benelux and offer everyone the chance to experience what it feels like to battle your way to the top in front of a cheering audience.

Flying puzzles

On Saturday, November 22, Heroes Gaming will be the stage for the blood-curdling final of the Dutch Red Bull Tetris® Championship. The retro game has received a fresh, modern update. During these games, it is not about endless runs until the playing field is full, but about speed. In short, intense three-minute rounds, two players compete against each other for the national title and a ticket to the world finals in Dubai.

Test drive

Besides competitions, there are also plenty of opportunities to explore games and play with friends. Visitors can get to know a wide range, from nerve-wracking shooters to upbeat party games. Here you can try out the very latest games, such as Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 or Mario Kart World. Everything is freely accessible and instantly playable, with no downloads or additional costs. All that’s left for you is to pick a nice spot behind a game console.

Market leaders

Several leading brands will also be present with interactive booths. Visit Nintendo to play as many as seven Nintendo Switch 2 games, including new releases such as Pokémon Legends: Z-A and Kirby Air Riders. Those who like to dance can dance to the hits of Just Dance 2026 or participate in other fun activities at Ubisoft. There is also an Xbox Steaming Studio in partnership with Bethesda, where you can stream live from Heroes Gaming to your followers. Want to take your gaming experience to the highest level? Taking notes

In addition to your controller, don’t forget to bring a pen and paper, because there are more than enough inspiring master classes to attend. Gaming veteran José Gómez de Lara, known for Horizon Zero Dawn, Mass Effect and Halo 2, will give a lecture on Sunday, Nov. 23, on making games in the age of AI. SAE Institute faculty and students will also be present with an Artcade Room, where you can draw, sculpt and design in VR using professional tools. Here you can also participate in creative challenges, such as “Redesign a Hero” and “Mash-up Madness.

Heroes Gaming will take place in Halls 11 and 12 during Heroes Dutch Comic Con on November 22 and 23 at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht.
