Resident Evil 7 has sold more than 15 million times, Resident Evil Village runs at 11 million – That’s Gaming

Capcom has achieved continued impressive commercial success over the years with the Resident Evil-franchise, and that, to little surprise, remains the case. The company has announced updated sales figures for several titles in the survival horror franchise that have reached new milestones.

For starters, Resident Evil 7, which rose from 14.4 million copies at the end of 2024, and now 15 million have sold copies (equivalent to sales of Resident Evil 2 at the end of last year). Meanwhile, Resident Evil Village 11 million copies sold (up from 10.9 million), and the remake of Resident Evil 3 from 2020 is now on 10 million copies (up from 9.6 million).
