A player contacted the manufacturer because his new gaming handheld had damage after just a few days. This only answers with a cheeky video instead of taking care of the problem directly.

What happened? The Reddit user »Leathco« bought a Miyoo Flip V2. This is a hinged Linux handheld in the style of the Nintendo Game Boy Advance SP. The device has been specially developed for playing retro titles.

After just a week with the device, the hinge broke at Leathco. So he contacted the manufacturer via Aliexpress and asked for a replacement. Instead, he only received one video:
