Since I did the upgrade of other smart home thermostats myself, I can say that Tado ° really set the bar with its latest products.

Apart from the Tado ° Auto Assist-Abos I can’t think of anything about the thermostats. Said subscription also has a fairly fair price, I think and is not absolutely necessary anyway. I now use the system the entire heating season 2024/25 and have not yet painfully missed the subscription functions.
If it gets colder again in autumn, I will probably subscribe to Tado ° Auto Assist for a few months and find out for myself whether the additional functions are worth a few euros a month.
