The Nintendo Switch 2 appears to be the fastest-selling console of all time, and if you want to get your hands on one now, it could be a tough sell. Unless you’re a thief who manages to find a truck with pallets full of the consoles.
As reported by 9News, a truck had stopped at Lowe’s Truck Stop in Bennett, Colorado, when the driver noticed that his vehicle’s trailer had been opened. A total of 2810 consoles were stolen, costing $499 each. That brings the total loss to Nintendo to $1.4 million.

Authorities are still looking for the thief, but if you see someone online trying to sell thousands of Switch 2s at a time, you may want to stay away. As we know from previous stories about Nintendo and legal operations, this thief is highly unlikely to remain free for long.
