With the recent global unveiling of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Activision has revealed some of the game’s biggest signature features this year, from the single player campaign to the multiplayer component to the revamped Zombies experience. More details and footage from the shooter will also be revealed soon.
It has been confirmed that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be on display next week during Gamescom Opening Night Live, on August 22. Gamescom ONL producer and presenter Geoff Keighley announced the news on his Twitter page and confirmed that a “global gameplay premiere” will be seen during the event.
It joins a growing list of major upcoming releases that will share the stage during Gamescom Opening Night Live, including titles such as Alan Wake 2, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Black Myth: Wukong, Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, Crimson Desert, Mortal Kombat 1, Sonic Superstars and Lords of the Fallen.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is scheduled for Nov. 10 and will be released for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One and PC.
