Listeria detected in cooked pork from Spain

The Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (Aesan) has echoed an alert notification from the health authorities of the Basque Country. It concerns the presence of ‘Listeria monocytogenes’ in a cooked pork head meat from Spain.
