As with many major video game launches these days, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has received a live-action trailer. It stars actors Will Arnett and Ron Funches, along with director Jodi Hill as they play the Suicide Squad and act as the “good guys.” Sort of. Check it out below.
Although the casting seems random, Arnett is known for playing Batman in The LEGO Movie 1 and 2, along with The LEGO Batman Movie. Ron Funches, meanwhile, voices King Shark in the animated TV series Harley Quinn on HBO (which somewhat explains why he plays her in the trailer). Hill has seemingly not worked on anything related to DC, but she brings enthusiasm if nothing else.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League launches Feb. 2 on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. Early access for Deluxe Edition owners begins on Jan. 29, 9 p.m. PT on consoles and Jan. 30, 10 a.m. PT on Steam. Anyone can start playing on Feb. 1 at 1:00 pm PT on Xbox Series X/S and PS5, while Steam players can start on Feb. 2 at 10:00 am PT.
