It is not at all uncommon to see actors and other celebrities making their own or partnering with alcohol companies. Ryan Reynolds did so with Aviation Gin, Blake Lively with Betty Buzz, Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul with Dos Hombres Mezcal, and now Jean-Claude Van Damme joins this list.
The actor and martial artist founded and works with Old Oak Whiskey. We are told that Van Damme was the perfect celebrity to join the brand because he is “embodies the strength, character and precision that are synonymous with Old Oak. His passion for perfection and attention to detail make him the perfect representative of our brand.”
Currently, Old Oak produces two different types of whiskey, one being an Irish whiskey aged for three years, while a second is instead a Jamaican rum reserve.
