Hundreds of billions of SHIB transferred to meet Shibarium’s expectations

Nearly a trillion SHIBs were transferred by the whales en masse, according to Etherscan.

According to details provided by Etherscan, in the last 24 hours, a staggering 766 billion Shiba Inu have been transferred by anonymous whales.

More than half of this amount was simply transferred between the wallets of one large holder. The rest of this massive amount of SHIB was partly moved to a cold portfolio and partly sold.

The basic data on these transfers was shared by Twitter user @shibaplay_ on his profile.

Nearly 800 billion SHIB in motion

Three staggering amounts of SHIB, totaling 776 billion, carried 485,794,498,147, 100,099,682,471, and 190,000,000,000 Shiba Inu pieces.

The aggregate equivalent of the amount transferred from SHIB is $9,343,040 at the current SHIB/USD exchange rate.

Etherscan details show that the largest transfer was made by the Binance exchange, which transferred 485 billion SHIB from one of its portfolios to another.

A total of 100,099,682,471 were purchased on Binance and then transferred to a cold wallet by the whale that purchased them. A total of 190,000,000,000 SHIB was sent to the Crypto.com exchange to be sold, according to Etherscan.

Over the past 24 hours, the second-largest crypto meme Shiba Inu has fallen 4.45%, trading at $0.00001203, according to CoinMarketCap at the time of writing.

Expectations for Shibarium are rising

On November 5, an official Twitter account for the protocol Shibarium Layer 2 was launched by the account Shiba Inu. It already has 24,500 followers after its recent launch. The SHIB team said that this profile will eventually become a hub for all things Shibarium.

As for an approximate release date for Shibarium, SHIB’s lead developer Shytoshi Kusama remains silent, posting only “coming soon” in response to questions asked about it from time to time.

At the same time, SHIB’s burn rate jumped a staggering 5,800% on Sunday.
