HTX: for its 10th anniversary, Huobi changes its name

On the occasion of its 10th anniversary, Huobi offers a rebranding. Visit crypto-bourse directed by Justin Sun is now called HTX with particular reference to TRON.

It’s a new era for the platform, with synergy between HTX, TRON and Poloniex,” the company wrote in a blog post.

Born in China in 2013 and now based in the Seychelles, HTX (Huobi) also announced the launch of a growth strategy internationally. The crypto exchange, whose new name is eerily reminiscent of that of the bankrupt exchange FTX, is aiming to tackle more new markets in “various countries and regions”, without specifying which ones.
