It’s no secret that Hogwarts Legacy was a big revenue generator for Warner Bros. last year after it became the best-selling title in the United States and UK. However, after it sold more than 22 million copies in 2023, Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav recently told Variety that it has surpassed 24 million sales.
That means another two million copies have been sold in recent weeks. Although WB Games and Avalanche Software have not yet confirmed whether a sequel is in the works, WB Games president David Haddad said there are “a range of other things” related to Harry Potter in the works, yet to be announced.
In the meantime, PlayStation-exclusive content from the action RPG will be coming to other platforms later this summer. There will also be additional features and updates, with more details in the coming months. In the meantime, stay tuned.
Hogwarts Legacy is available for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch.
