Blizzard has unveiled the full roadmap for. Hearthstone Esports 2025which introduces a more open competitive circuit. The season will feature two Masters Tour Championships and the World Championship, and teams will have three opportunities to qualify for the final event of the year.
These are the Spring and Summer Championships, along with a last chance qualifier. To enter the Hearthstone esports system, players must earn competitive points by ranking in the top 100 during any of the months of the qualification period.
Aside from this, three open qualifiers will also be held during each month of the qualification period, with the top four players from each region advancing to the Masters Tour qualifiers. The winner and runner-up of the Playoffs will secure a spot in the Masters Tour Championship.
Our goal this year is to break new ground for more players to participate in these top-tier events. We want to invest in Hearthstone’s competitive community, so our improvements this year are primarily designed to make the system broader rather than taller.

The Masters Tour Championship will pit 16 players against each other, with six players coming from the Masters Tour qualifiers and ten based on competitive points. The top four players from each Masters Tour Championship will advance to the World Championship, while the remaining competitors will have one last chance through the LCQ.
Unlike other tournaments, the LCQ will be a global event and its winner will claim the final spot in the World Championship. At the end of the year, the 16 finalists will battle for the title of Hearthstone World Champion and a $500,000 prize. Fans will be able to follow all the action live on Hearthstone’s official Twitch and YouTube channels.
