British e-sports organization Guild Esportshas appointed Glynn Jones as Director of Agency Partnerships for Guild Studiosthe organization’s in-house creative services and production division. Jones has over 13 years of experience working with a variety of agencies and clients in the digital sector.
Jones joins Guild Esports after seven years as Director of Partnerships for Snap Inc.the company that operates the social media platform Snapchat. In addition, he has gained experience in advertising space and client management in previous positions such as. Social Media Manager for the media network Starcomwhere he worked with companies such as Samsung and PlayStation.
As Director of Agency Partnerships at Guild Studios, Jones will work to. identify new opportunities, in order for the organization to engage with their audience through its platforms and new projects.
Founded in February 2023, Guild Studios offers a range of production and marketing services. to stakeholders within the eSports industry. Samsunga current sponsor of Guild Esports, was one of the first brands to receive the services.
Jones’ appointment is the organization’s second hire in 2024. In early January, Guild appointed Paul Kingsley as chief financial officer and company secretary.
