On April 25, the Grand Rexthe largest cinema in the world, will unveil a loyalty program in the form of digital membership cards.
The latter (ed. note: of the NFT on Polygon) will allow to obtain some privileges such as a lifetime access to the red carpet of the Grand Rex previews or an unlimited pass for the main hall and the future VIP room.
“Product of the meeting of the 6 characters of the secret society of the ‘Image Gatherers’, the ‘E.Y.E’ brooch – which will only be available at 250 copies – is the sesame whose possession will give access to many exceptional benefits for the lifetime of its owners,” reads a statement shared with Coins.com.
Transforming the Grand Rex experience through digital, strengthening our audience’s loyalty with a membership card and creating exceptional relationships with the theatre’s enthusiasts are our priorities. The ‘Image Gatherers’ project is the obvious solution to achieve these ambitions,” commented Alexandre Hellmann, director of the Grand Rex.
In order to implement its NFT-based loyalty program, the Parisian venue has partnered with Taylor.
The French startup specialized in non-fungible tokens and virtual experiences had previously worked with the Bataclan or the Tour de France on Web3 projects.
