The month begins with a brand new full-scale MMORPG from Amazon Games and developer NCSOFT. Throne and Liberty is an ambitious game set in an ever-changing environment where players become embroiled in battles against other players and all sorts of monsters and other enemies. With morphing abilities that add an extra dimension to movement, this is ideal for fans looking for something to keep feeding their MMO hunger after the arrival of World of Warcraft: The War Within.
Until Dawn (PC, PS5) – Oct. 4
You’re probably familiar with this Supermassive classic, so we’ll keep it short. Until Dawn is the remastered and improved version of the famous horror adventure, this time built and designed to tap into the full potential of the PC platform and PS5 consoles.
Silent Hill 2 Remake (PC, PS5) – Oct. 8
In the same vein as Until Dawn, you may be very familiar with Konami’s famous survival horror, so we’re keeping this one simple as well. If you’ve never played the original, you won’t want to miss this version of one of the most influential games of all time.
Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred (PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series) – Oct. 8
The only DLC or expansion on this month’s list. If the MMO aspect of the original New World put you off, this version is definitely worth checking out.
