FIFAeFIFA’s esports division, FIFA, has announced its first multi-title soccer e-sports event, which will take place in Liverpool from August 28 to September 1. The event will include two soccer titles, the first one Football Manager, developed by Sports Interactive, and the second eFootball Pro Evolution Soccer.
This will be the FIFAe Next Gen 2024and to host the competition, the FIFAe has partnered with tourist information company VisitLiverpool, making it an official sponsor. Specifically, it will be held at the Liverpool Exhibition Centre.
The FIFAe World Cup starring Football Manger, will take center stage at the event. For the first time ever, 20 coaches will represent their own nation and compete against each other to win a share of the $100,000 prize money. FIFAe had already announced the Football Manager World Cup event, but due to further alignment with stakeholders for this first test event, some of these details have changed. Interestingly, FIFAe Next Gen will not include the FIFAe World Cup with Rocket League.which was announced in June.
The Football Manager event also will feature additional content rebroadcast streaming, including the last two days of competition.in which soccer YouTuber Spencer “SpencerFC” Owen will present a program dedicated to all things soccer, tactics and Football Manager.. This program will be broadcast on FIFAe channels.
In addition to the Football Manager event, FIFAe will organize the. FIFAe Fame Your Game Cup. It will be a eFootball Mobile exhibition where local players will be invited to compete in a playoff on August 29 for a chance to face some of the best players in the world the following day.
