The title FGC FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves will offer a demo featuring iconic Street Fighter character Chun-Li during the SNK World Championship. The demo will be playable during the international FGC event at DreamHack Atlanta, which runs from October 31 to November 2, 2025.
Fans attending the SNK World Cup will be able to try out the Street Fighter DLC character starting on the November 1 in a 20-minute demo. Participants will also will receive an exclusive mini sticker for playing, although there will be a limited number. Previously, FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves featured Ken from Street Fighter via a playable demo during Evo 2025 in Las Vegas earlier this year.
Additional details on the SNK World Championship
Along with the news of the Chun-Li demo, additional details about the SNK World Championship were also revealed. The Championship will hold a last chance qualifier on October 31 and offer exclusive gifts on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for the event ends on October 26 and requires a three-day ticket to DreamHack Atlanta, with a $1 entry fee per title. The first 400 participants will receive a hat, tote bag, stickers, lanyard and wristband, while the first 250 will receive an exclusive T-shirt.
There will also be a special appearance by Studio G-1NEO president and CEO Masami Obari, known for his work on SNK titles. He will be present at a Meet & Greet on November 1 between 14:00 and 14:30. He will also speak along with other SNK developers at the Special Stage Show on November 1 from 17:00 to 17:30, where the first 30 attendees will be able to receive a sheet to sign.
The SNK World Championship is an international tournament where top players compete for a total prize pool of $4.1M in four different FGC titles – Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, The King of Fighters XV, Samurai Shodown and Art of Fighting 3. It is being held at DreamHack Atlanta, a festival that hosts a variety of video game and esports events.
