EVO 2026 returns to France: full program revealed

EVO 2026 returns to France with a huge event on the French Riviera, featuring all the fighting games fans could wish for, from the latest Street Fighter to exciting competitions of Tekken. EVO 2026 will be held in Nice, France, at the Palais des Expositions.This will be the second time the city hosts the tournament after the success of 2025, which will gather more than 700 registered players just for the first time. For EVO to take the next step in expanding its reach into Europe with the event in Nice is not only another achievement for the global fighting game community (FGC), but also helps make high-level competition more accessible to European players and fans without the need to travel internationally. The competition represents another major event that brings together players of more than 50 nationalities at an esports venue located in one of the largest esports destinations in the region. It therefore helps to maintain EVO’s status as an international competition.

EVO Calendar 2025-2026

The EVO calendar for 2025 to 2026 represents a new level of growth and global diversification for EVO. EVO 2025 will include four major events, the first being the launch of EVO France in Nice. This will take place from October 10-12, 2025. It also invites players to compete in a tournament that Europe is hosting for the first time.

In addition to France, there are other major events for 2025, such as EVO Japan from May 1-3, 2025. Also, we have just enjoyed EVO Las Vegas from August 1-3, 2025. In addition, we have had a new EVO Awards program in Los Angeles in February 2025 to recognize well-deserved community achievements. Also noteworthy is the launch of EVO Singapore in early 2027. Although this has been rescheduled from the 2026 dates, it is another good example of EVO’s continued international growth outside of the normal US and Japan locations.

But given the current confirmed lineup for EVO France 2025, we can get a good idea of which games are likely to continue in 2026. They have a beautiful mix of existing franchises along with newly released titles that appeal to elite competitors and dedicated players.
