The College Collision has begun, the closing tournament that goes hand in hand with the National Universiade started in the best way on April 4th, inaugurating the path of events that will be held in the first half of 2025 in Mexico.

A few days ago, the national qualifiers of the largest college esports league in Mexico started, marking the most interesting weekends of April, as the matches are played on Saturdays and Sundays.

College Collision, which as every year for the past two editions, celebrates hand in hand with the National Council for Sports in Education (CONDDE), its closing tournament within the National Universiade (inter-university sports competition), achieving its third consecutive year as an official discipline in an event of this magnitude.

The effort of the organization has achieved that several sponsors are interested in the project, achieving this year collaborations with OPPO, one of the leading companies in the cell phone market, Billú, online banking focused on youth, and Xzeal, a brand of peripherals and gamer items.

If you missed the registration for the College Collison, and want the opportunity to get prizes from the sponsors, you can be part of the next tournament, since this season, it has been decided to launch the call for an open championship for all high schools and universities in the CDMX and the State of Mexico.

On May 17 the qualifier will be played virtually, while on May 24 we will have the on-site final in which OPPO will be in charge of awarding prizes ranging from cell phones to earbuds and smartwatches.

The overall objective of this tournament (which will take place within the PUBG Mobile title), is to expand the horizons of institutions and students interested in the virtual niche, expanding the community and giving the guideline for students to demonstrate their capabilities.
