Dave the Diver has already been sold more than 3 million times – That’s Gaming

2023 was dominated by a plethora of AAA mega titles that garnered praise, but there was also no shortage of smaller games getting their share of the spotlight. One game in particular that captured the hearts of many was Mintrocket’s fishing adventure game “Dave the Diver,” which enjoyed commercial success that matched its rave reviews.

Mintrocket recently announced on Twitter that “Dave the Diver” has now sold more than 3 million copies worldwide. Considering that the game has been out for less than six months, that’s an impressive achievement. The fact that it received some content updates after its release probably also contributes to its success.

In July, it was confirmed that the game had already sold more than 1 million copies.

“Dave the Diver” launched for PC in June, followed by a release for the Nintendo Switch in October. There is no official word yet on when we can expect the game to become available for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
