The video game publisher Ubisoft and the tournament organizer BLAST have chosen Munich, Germanyas the destination of the BLAST Rainbow Six Siege (R6) Fall Major 2025. This is the first time Munich will host a Rainbow Six esports event.
The BLAST R6 Major, which will be held from November 8 to 16.will have the final three days of action open to the public at the BMW Park Arena, where teams will compete for the title and a share of the $750,000 prize money.
In addition, BLAST and Ubisoft have also confirmed the dates of the Six Invitational season finale, which will take place in Paris (France) next year. The tournament will start on February 2 and will run until February 15, 2026.. Like the Major in Munich, only the last three matchdays will have a live audience.
According to the new competitive format for the 2025 season, teams will compete in. four regional leagues (South America, North America, Europe MENA and Asia-Pacific) to determine the 16 teams that will participate in the BLAST R6 Munich Major, with each league submitting its top four rosters.
With the growth of the scene, there has also been increased interest in the R6 marketplacewhere players search for exclusive skins and items. In addition, teams can earn Six Invitational Points, which will decide the representatives in the Six Invitational. In each region, teams can earn a maximum of 300 points in the first phase, 700 points maximum in the finals and 1200 points in the Major. The winner of the Major will also automatically qualify for the SI.
