Aldi is currently selling various e-bikes at reduced prices in the online shop. Among other things, there is the e-bike Prophet Geniere 3.3 for 1,200 euros-a classic city e-bike with a 28-inch tire and deep entry.

Motor and battery are sufficient for typical city or shopping trips, even longer tours are feasible if the support level is not at maximum.

If you are looking for a solid and cheap City E-bike at the same time, the Prophete Geniere 3.3 is a recommended choice. However, note that the weight at 27 kilograms is quite high-at best, the e-bike should be parked in front of the door, in the garage or the like.

Anyone who is willing to invest more will receive larger batteries for longer distances. In addition, there are sometimes stronger engines or somewhat higher quality components. Finding a better City E-Bike for just under 1,200 euros is difficult.
