OXO Video Game Museum presents the first edition of OXO LEGENDSan event dedicated to recognize the trajectory of the great figures that have marked the history of video games. The gala will take place on December 6, 2025 at 19h in the Edgar Neville Auditorium in Malaga, consolidating the city as a cultural and technological reference worldwide. The gala will be held thanks to the support of Diputación Provincial de Málaga and Turismo Costa del Sol as official sponsor.

With this event, OXO seeks to celebrate the creativity, innovation and legacy of video game pioneers, placing Malaga on the world map of digital entertainment. The first OXO LEGENDS honoree will be Alexey Pajitnov, creator of the legendary Tetris, which changed the world of video games; a business success that managed to overcome intercontinental struggles for the license.

The event will consist of the presentation of the laureate, a review of his history and the creation of Tetris, and the presentation of the award. In addition, Henk Rogers, president of The Tetris Company, will present exclusively in Malaga his book “The Perfect Game: Tetris: From Russia With Love”. At the end of the event, Alexey Pajitnov will be able to be interviewed and answer questions.
