OWN launches the national tournament OWN Masters: Rainbow Six Siege, which will culminate with a big showmatch at OWN Zaragoza

The festival OWN (Open World Now) presents the first edition of OWN Masters Rainbow Six: Siege Xa national competition for 5v5 teams with the official support of Ubisoftcreator of the popular video game Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege X.

We want you to OWN Zaragoza is the meeting point for the Rainbow Six Siege X community, much more than a tournament: a celebration of community, talent and passion for esports.

The tournament seeks to bring together the country’s best amateur and semi-professional teams in an open format that will include an online competition and a showmatch at OWN Zaragozaconsolidating the festival as one of the major esports venues in Spain.

A tournament open to the whole community

Any Spanish team will be able to register for free to participate in the online qualifiers, until the same day of the Tournament, which will start on Saturday, October 25. The semifinals and the grand final will be played online on November 1.

The winning team will not only win the title of national championbut will also receive a financial award and the opportunity to play in person at OWN Zaragoza the showmatch (with travel and accommodation included) against some of the most relevant Rainbow Six Siege X content creators of the Spanish ecosystem: Caramelo, Miwell, Vetel, Barra, WeskeRR, SoramusicR6 and Rocioacasas, with Scythe as master of ceremonies.

This special meeting will take place on Sunday, November 23 and can be enjoyed live by all festival-goers with a Sunday ticket.

Awards

The tournament offers €1,500 in prizes, as well as exclusive packs and experiences:

• 1.000 € + travel and accommodation for the showmatch in OWN Zaragoza (winning team).
• 500 € + 10 weekend tickets for OWN Zaragoza (runner-up team).
• Additional prizes: Ubisoft game packs and LAN tickets.

In addition to the official tournament, OWN Zaragoza will become a meeting point and a celebration for the community of Rainbow Six Siege Xwhere attendees will be able to enjoy, in the company of other fans of the game, various activities related to Siege X: a round table, an arena to test your skills, meetings with R6 content creators and an amateur tournament for LAN attendees.
