LEC third place finisher, Fnatic, and PSG Talon of the LCP have been eliminated from the League of Legends World Cup 2025. The CBLOL team, making its international debut in League of Legends, achieved a historic 2-1 result in BO3 of Worlds for the Brazilian esports scene.
Vivo Keyd Stars started the series on the right foot, registering a resounding 26-3 victory in 26 minutes. PSG Talon evened the series 1-1. In a match largely dominated by the LCP’s third-ranked team, VKS’ valiant efforts gave fans of both teams a lot of anticipation for Game 3.

Unfortunately for PSG Talon, World Cup 2025 is likely to be the last competition for iconic midfielder Huang “Maple” Yi-Tang. The player returned from retirement earlier this year to help PSG Talon secure their spot in the League of Legends season-closing event.
