Lotus shows off its next electric sports car next year –

Lotus has become one of the most prominent electric vehicle manufacturers, as the iconic car company has made all sorts of different EVs over the years. And it has no intention of stopping anytime soon.

Speaking with Top Gear, Lotus has now revealed that it has plans to unveil and showcase its EV sports car sometime next year in 2025. It is currently unclear what this car will be, but it is mentioned that it will not be known as an Elise.

It was also noted that Lotus also has a smaller SUV in development, and that we will hear more about this car later this year, although an exact window on the announcement was not elaborated on. What was mentioned is that this SUV will hit the market in 2026, which means you won’t see it on the road for a few years.
