Developer DeeDee Creations and publisher Maximum Entertainment announced earlier this week that Squirrel with a Gun will launch for PC later this month, leaving console players wondering how long they would have to wait to get their hands on the game. As it turns out, it won’t be much longer.
During the Xbox Day 3 Gamescom livestream, DeeDee Creations and Maximum Entertainment announced the release date for consoles of Squirrel with a Gun with a new trailer, and it’s not far off. The game will release on Oct. 15 for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, about a month and a half after it debuts on PC. Check out the trailer below, which shows off new gameplay footage highlighting the game’s weapons, combat and movement mechanics, and more.
Squirrel with a Gun will first be released for PC on Aug. 29. To learn more about the game, check out our interview with game director Dan DeEntremont.
