Open Roads postponed to March 28 – That’s Gaming

The upcoming adventure game Open Roads has been on many people’s radar for a while now, and from its striking hand-drawn aesthetic to its promise of an emotional, story-based experience to the fact that it features Keri Russel and Kaitlyn Dever as dual lead characters, there’s plenty about the game that has caught their attention. But with less than a month to go until launch, publisher Annapurna Interactive has announced a slight delay.

Open Roads, originally scheduled for launch on Feb. 22, has been delayed by just over a month and is now scheduled for launch on March 28. Annapurna Interactive confirmed the same in a statement to Engadget, stating that the delay will help “ensure the most polished experience for players.” Given how busy February is, the postponement could actually be beneficial for the game.
