Florida man sues Dunkin’ Donuts after falling victim to exploding toilet -.

A customer has filed a lawsuit against Dunkin’ Donuts after injuries caused by what is currently described as an exploding toilet.

Paul Kerouac is demanding more than $100,000 from the company, claiming negligence caused him to be covered in a mix of feces, urine and debris more than a year ago. Kerouac claims he suffered serious and long-term injuries after the event.

After he walked out of the men’s room, he was allegedly told by staff and the store manager that it was known that the restroom had a problem because there had been previous incidents. You have to wonder: how many times can a toilet explode before you think about fixing it?

Keroauc also suffered psychological problems after the event, as well as the physical damage caused by the explosion.
