Only last week, we reported on the news that Volkswagen will incorporate ChatGPT into its vehicles in the future. Well, to add to that, Skoda is also getting in on the action and bringing ChatGPT to its cars in the near future.

The integration extends the current voice assistant Laura to ChatGPT’s offerings. This includes access to an AI database to have content read to you while driving, while monitoring and informing the driver of various car information and data, and controlling various car systems such as air conditioning.
Skoda has confirmed that personal and vehicle data will be protected regardless of this integration, meaning that while ChatGPT will help you keep an eye on your car, it will not use the data for its own benefit.

ChatGPT integration will be offered from mid-2024 and will be available for Skoda models in the MEB GP and MQB EVO platforms.
