How much damage can a small dog do? Well, damage may be the wrong word here. Perhaps discomfort is the better choice. In any case, a lot is the answer, as proven by an escaped chihuahua who decided to run on a highway in America.

The little dog’s escapade was caught on video, and even with its owners and passersby trying to catch the oversized rat, it managed to cause heavy traffic on the road because no one wanted to drive forward and risk hurting the animal.
Fortunately it was caught, but considering that chihuahuas can run at full speed almost twice as fast as a human, it is not surprising that it caused such a huge inconvenience to so many drivers.
