Indie publisher “Sometimes You,” along with PigeonDev, is releasing the roguelite action-shooter “Hero Survival” today, Oct. 27, on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Microsoft Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X and the Nintendo Switch.
Hero Survival really does what it says on the box, in this case the press release: a game where players face hordes of monsters from classic films, and where you just want to get a little further into the game and win the day. But it’s far from easy.
A simple storyline envelops the addictive gameplay challenges. Combining recognizable monsters and heroes from horror and action films, it’s a setting that will entertain gamers alike. The story revolves around the mad god of time and space, who accidentally carries our protagonist along, mistaking him for a great warrior.
And then the enemies. Faced with wave after wave of monsters – mummies, vampires, ghosts and more, take them down with an impressive arsenal of weapons at your disposal! But be warned, each enemy type has its own characteristics and abilities!
