Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp is available starting today for the Nintendo Switch.
Players can test their strategic acumen in turn-based missions in which they must lead their units across land, air and water. Both Game Boy Advance classics have been rebuilt from the ground up and now include the ability to challenge friends online in addition to all the gameplay from the original games!
Join Orange Star’s army and show off your strategic skills in the campaign mode of Advance Wars, in which you must repel attacks from the armies of Blue Moon, Green Earth and Gold Comet. Then take on the ruthless Sturm and the Black Hole army in Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising.
In both campaigns, you can speed up gameplay and restart your turn for an extra smooth gameplay experience. Dive into a wealth of challenges, which you can complete with whatever strategy or commander you like. Based on your score, you will receive coins that you can use to unlock more commanders and challenges.
In local* multiplayer mode, up to four players can compete against each other, while online you can play against friends in one-on-one sessions to determine who is the best strategist. In addition, you can create your own maps in the design space. Design a battlefield in the mountains where planes are indispensable, or give maritime units space in an area full of water. Share your creations with your friends to see if they are up to the challenge!
