Illumination has released a new trailer for the prequel movie Despicable Me, Minions: The Rise of Gru, in which we can see what crazy minions are doing now.
The animated film tells the opening story of how the adorable supervillain first met the Minions, as well as their confrontation with the supergroup of villains, known as Vicious 6.
The Rise of Gru has an absolutely exceptional vocal distribution, at the helm of which is the famous Steve Carell, who resumes the role of Gru. He is joined by Taraji P. Henson, Michelle Yeoh, Julie Andrews, Alan Arkin, and many others.

The trailer for Minions: The Rise of Gru, from Illumination, puts in the spotlight cute yellow creatures, complimented by their exaggerated features, while fighting for a 12-year-old Gru.
Backed by the soundtrack of music producer Jack Antonoff, with obvious forays into ’70s music, the trailer begins with minions flying a plane to San Francisco in a turbulent but humorous sequence while using an adaptive approach. so as not to crash the plane.
Minions: The Rise of Gru marks the return of Kyle Balda to the director’s seat for the third film in the franchise, after Minions, in 2015 and Despicable Me 3, in 2017.
Like many others, this animated film also suffered a significant production delay due to the pandemic, the release date being postponed several times as a result.
However, The Rise of Gru will seek to bring moviegoers of all ages back to the big screen and, to the extent possible, mimic the recent box office success of other summer blockbusters such as Doctor Strange 2 and Top Gun: Maverick.
