United in love and death, Romeo & Juliet join the Ravenswatch – That’s Gaming

NACON and Passtech Games are pleased to announce that the free DLC Romeo and Juliet for Ravenswatch now available. The two tragic heroes from the works of Shakespeare are playable starting today on PC, Nintendo Switch^TM, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.

At Ravenswatch, all heroes from fairy tales and folktales have an original backstory, and the Cursed Couple is no exception to that rule. After Romeo’s suicide, Juliet decides not to follow him into death, but to make a deal with Baba Yaga to bring him back to life. This is not without consequences, however, as the two lovers are now linked for life … in death.

The curse placed on Romeo and Juliet is reflected in the game. When played co-op, Romeo’s downfall means Juliet’s, and vice versa. As a duo, however, they also have the chance to grant each other life points, saving each other from death. In addition, they can combine some of their actions. For example, Romeo’s rose can explode due to Juliet’s shot, they can switch places and can inflict great damage on enemies with their ultimate skill Dance with Me.

Romeo and Juliet can also be played separately, matching their skills. Solo players can practice Romeo’s fencing skills and Juliet’s shooting skills.
