TeamGroup has just unveiled its C175 ECO, a new eco-friendly USB flash drive made from 75% post-consumer recycled plastic.
TeamGroup also claims that it has managed to reduce carbon emissions in the manufacturing process of this USB by 69%. E-waste is increasingly becoming a problem in the world, and flash drives are a big consumer of that, as many of them are handed out for free or thrown away when a new and faster model comes along.
With capacities ranging from 64 GB all the way up to 512 GB, if you need storage on the go, it might be worth checking out the C175 ECO. If you’re like me, sometimes it’s nice to get on a high horse and know you’re doing a little good for the planet.
