2025 will be a busy year for Take-Two Interactive, with several major releases planned by the company’s publishing labels. Grand Theft Auto 6 from Rockstar Games is scheduled for fall, while Civilization 7 from 2K will be released in February. In addition, 2K has also Mafia: The Old Country and Borderlands 4 announced for that year, but when exactly can we expect the two?
In its recently released quarterly report, Take-Two listed both titles – which were officially announced in August – for a release sometime in fiscal 2026, which runs from April 2025 to March 2026. Officially, both games have a 2025 release window, but this shifts things slightly. As expected, we know they won’t come out in early 2025, but this also suggests the possibility that they may shift to the first few months of the following year.
Whenever they appear, will Borderlands 4 and Mafia: The Old Country available for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
