The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero releases Dec. 14 – That’s Gaming

Experience new stories, explore new areas and meet new people and Pokémon with the paid DLC Pokémon Scarlet & Pokémon Violet: The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero. This expansion also returns more than 230 familiar Pokémon that did not appear in Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet!

Travel to the recently established Blueberry Academy, wear the uniform and experience life as an exchange student. This particular institution is largely underwater, and the people who attend love Pokémon battles.

When players progress far enough during their adventure in Part 2 The Indigo Disk of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero, they can use a device called the Synchro Machine. This allows them to view the world through the eyes of their Pokémon. By synchronizing with one of their Pokémon, they can move around and fight wild Pokémon. This is a completely new game mode. The thing is, this device is still a prototype. Players can use it once they have helped a scientist in the Terarium with his research.
