Riot Games has announced the launch of the Teamfight Tactics (TFT) Pro Circuit as part of the launch of K.O. Coliseum Set 15. The tier 1 tournament circuit will be launched in August 2025 and aims to. “deliver a more stable, rewarding and engaging ecosystem.”
The TFT Pro Circuit will feature three events taking place throughout the K.O. Coliseum cycle, the first of which will be held on August 29, 2025. The inaugural TFT Pro Circuit tournament will feature 32 players representing four regions competing for victory. 28 of the 32 players will qualify for the circuit based on their performances during Cyber City, while Riot Games will select four based on their historical performance and contribution to TFT esports.
In addition to the new esports circuit for Riot Games’ title, the developer and publisher has provided more details about the TFT Open. The tournament, which will take place at the Porte de Versailles in Paris, France, will feature 768 player slots and offer players the opportunity to compete against the best from around the world.
With the debut of the TFT Pro Circuit, our revamped Regional Finals and our new experimental tournament system, the launch of the K.O Coliseum represents the most transformative moment in TFT’s competitive history.
