Realme 10 also launched for the European market at $229

The Realme 10 comes equipped with a Mediatek chipset and Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, outlining one of the most tempting options for buying a budget smartphone.

While the Realme 10 Pro is expected on the Chinese market, its less expensive version is also arriving in some European stores, with the launch already confirmed for countries like Italy and Poland.

The Realme 10 comes as a successor to the Realme 9 launched in February this year. The phone comes equipped with the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, offering 4G connectivity only. However buyers are spoiled with other interesting features like the 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The list of goodies is completed with a 5000 mAh battery and 33W fast charging, which should take the battery charge to 100 percent in around 70 minutes.

The photo setup is based on a 50-megapixel main camera plus 2-megapixel auxiliary sensor. The 16-megapixel front-facing camera sits behind a perforation in the left corner of the screen.

Pricing starting at $229 is for the 4GB + 64GB memory trim, with the cost going up to $249 for the 4GB + 128GB variant, $269 for the 6GB + 128GB trim and $299 for the 8GB + 256GB memory. As for the exterior appearance, the phone will be available to order in color versions on white and black, both with translucent finish on the back. The Android 12 operating system comes pre-installed.
