Rated Labsa startup that provides dataset evaluations at Ethereumhas just completed a series A from 12.8 million dollars led by crypto VC Archetype.
Founded in London in 2022, Rated Labs provides data on validators and node operators, making it easier for users to compare their performance. The project’s ambition is to improve the transparency and context of Web3 infrastructure data.
On Wednesday, Rated Labs announced that it had collected 12.8 million from several well-known investors in the crypto ecosystem, including Archetype – who lead the tour – Placeholder, 1confirmation, Robot Ventures and Maelstrom.
Validators and node operators secure billions in value. Yet information about their performance, the risks behind them and the externalities they produce is fragmented and hard to find. Rated solves this problem with robust data pipelines, a network explorer and a powerful API,” says the start-up on its website.
Currently compatible with Ethereum, Rated Labs’ solution, whose API has already logged more than 60 million calls, will soon be extended to other proof-of-stake networks, according to the announcement.
