Nvidia appears to be gearing up for a renewal of its 40-series in January -.

The launch of Nvidia’s 40-series is now over, and while the latest line of GPUs certainly got some improved features, many consumers felt they were not getting good value for the higher cost of the cards.

Now it seems we are getting some new, super versions of earlier 40-series cards. As noted by Videocardz, the RTX 4070 Super, RTX 4070 Ti Super and RTX 4080 Super will be announced on Jan. 8, 2024 and will hit shelves on Jan. 17, 24 and 31.

We are not yet sure of the specifications or prices for these new cards, but if there is one hope among consumers, it is that these cards could see a price drop, even if they are not that much more powerful. It’s unlikely, but we can hope.
