Gollum receives short trailer to start the hype a bit – That’s Gaming

Daedalic Entertainment’s Lord of the Rings: Gollum game has gone gold ahead of its release next month. A new trailer is available, adding to the hype and confirming that pre-orders are now available. Check it out below.

In addition to the $59.99 Standard Edition, there is also the Precious Edition, which sells for $69.99 and includes all sorts of goodies with the base game. The Lore Compendium DLC provides information about the history of Middle-earth and expands the core cast, locations and events. The Art Exhibition contains more than 100 original sketches and “development secrets,” while the original soundtrack is available separately.

Sindarin VO DLC is also included, which adds Elvish voice-acting. It reportedly lets the Elves speak in their native language instead of English (or the language of your choice). Regardless of what exactly it is, it certainly adds authenticity.

The Lord of the Rings: Gollum will be released May 25 for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5 and PC, with the Nintendo Switch version coming later.
