First Rainbow Six Major to move to Manchester in 2024

Esports tournament organizer BLASThas revealed that the first Rainbow Six Major of its 2024 season will take place in the United Kingdom.. The event will be held in Manchester, at the B.E.C Arena, from May 16 to 26. This is the first time an R6 Major tournament has been held there.

The competition will feature a prize money of $750,000. This year, the Majors will reduce the number of participating teams to 20Phase one and two of the tournament will not be open to the public, however, phase three will have a live audience.

Although this is the first Major of Rainbow Six Siege’s 2024 season, the title has its world championships, such as the Six Invitationalwhich will be held earlier. This year’s event will begin in February at the Ginásio do Ibirapuera in São Paulo, Brazil.

This is the second season of Rainbow Six Siege esports under leading esports tournament operator BLAST.
