Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth gets load of new screenshots – That’s Gaming

Square Enix has revealed a lot of new details about Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth in recent weeks as we count down the days until the game’s release in February. The latest information has highlighted the game’s combat, new Synergy mechanics, new locations and characters, and more. Along with that drop, Square Enix also released a slew of new screenshots for the action RPG.

In addition to showing the remake trilogy’s take on familiar locations such as Kalm and the Mythril Mines, the screenshots also show various characters that players will encounter throughout the game, as well as the Kujata summon, chocoboutiques, Materia development, and more. There are also a few glimpses of Red XII and Aerith in action in combat encounters, in addition to the new Synergy skills and abilities. You can check out the screenshots below.

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is coming out for PS5 on Feb. 29 next year.
