Ducati offers first NFT on XRP Ledger

Ducati will offer “ digital collectibles “on XRPLthe blockchain network launched by Ripple. The first drop of the brand italian motorcycles will take place tomorrow.

The manufacturer Ducati has announced the release of a ” digital collection program “dedicated to enthusiasts of the two-wheel brand.

This project, which brings the Bologna-based motorcycle manufacturer into the Web3 world, combines Ducati’s heritage of excellence and know-how with cutting-edge digital technology,” reads a statement.

Ducati plans to offer several series of digital objects, NFTs, which will be mined on XRP Ledger (XRPL). The blockchain launched by US company Ripple has previously adopted the XLS-20 for creating non-fungible tokens on its network.

Announced for Wednesday July 26, the first drop will be available free of charge and get your hands on a token showing a video sequence of the various Ducati logos created since 1946.

“This first version is a gift that the brand wishes to offer its fansoffering fans the chance to take the symbol of their passion home with them,” says the Italian company.

Ducatinow owned by Germany’s Volkswagen, has turned to the SaaS platform Web3 Pro to complete its project.
