Next Vision Gran Turismo Concept has been officially unveiled and this time it comes from Chevrolet. The Corvette CX.R Vision Gran Turismo Concept should serve as inspiration for their new design language in the coming years, according to the brand.
The bolide is composed entirely of carbon fiber, reducing weight considerably. Together with a lowered profile, this delivers more downforce and grip on the track. Under the hood we find no less than two electric motors in combination with twin V8 engines, entirely focused on endurance racing. Even the cockpit is designed accordingly, with extra support for head and neck to better absorb horizontal G-forces during sharp turns.
When the Corvette CX.R Vision Gran Turismo Concept actually going to Gran Turismo 7 coming is still unknown. What we do know is that Update 1.61 recently appeared on July 23, with three new cars, improvements for GT Sophy, and more. So good chance we can expect a new batch of cars in the coming weeks.
Gran Turismo 7 is available for PS5 and PS4.
